Here are some of the questions that we are most often asked by our clients.

Q: I've had a claim/accident now what do I do?
A: For Personal Auto, Home, Health and Life Insurance:  Contact the claims department immediately at the number provided on your policy packet or contact our office directly at 334.273.8118 and our customer service representative will get you the number to your designated claims department.

For Commercial Customers: Call us directly at 334.273.8118 and ask to speak with your Commercial Agent to report a claim.


Q: How do I make my payments?
A: For personal auto, home, health and life Insurance: All payments must be mailed directly to the Payment Center on your monthly bill.

For personal auto only: You can make your payment in our office during normal business hours or in some cases you can make your payment over the phone.  If you have any questions concerning your payment options please contact our customer service representative who will gladly assist you at 334.273.8118.

For commercial customers: Your payments have to be mailed directly to the Payment Center on your bill or directly to your finance company. If you have any questions concerning your payments please contact our customer service representative who will gladly assist you at 334.273.8118.


Q. I lost my ID card/ Declaration Page, etc. how can I get a new one.
A. Just give us a call at 334.273.8118 and the customer service representative will gladly have new ones mailed to you or come by our office to pick up them directly.


Q. How do I make a change (endorsement) to my policy?
A. Just give us a call at 334.273.8118 and the customer service representative will give you the information needed to process your endorsement and will gladly answer any of your questions.
